What we collect
When you use ProxiCall, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone numbers you ask us to call, and the task descriptions you submit. We also collect call transcripts and AI-generated summaries produced during the calls we make on your behalf.
Knowledge Vault data
Information you store in the Knowledge Vault (insurance IDs, account numbers, personal details) is encrypted at rest and only accessed during calls you explicitly initiate. We never share, sell, or use your Knowledge Vault data for any purpose other than completing your requested calls.
Call recordings and transcripts
Calls made by ProxiCall are processed by our AI voice provider. Transcripts are stored in your account so you can review them. Call audio is not permanently stored after the transcript is generated. Summaries are generated by AI and stored alongside the transcript for your reference.
How we use your data
- To make phone calls on your behalf and deliver summaries
- To improve call quality and AI accuracy
- To manage your account, billing, and subscription
- To send you call results and account notifications
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers for voice calling (Vapi.ai), authentication (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and AI summarization (Anthropic). These providers process data only as needed to deliver our service and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Your call history and summaries are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual calls or your entire account at any time. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
