What ProxiCall does

ProxiCall is an AI-powered service that makes phone calls on your behalf. You describe what you need, provide a phone number, and our AI handles the conversation. By using ProxiCall, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate phone numbers and task descriptions
  • You must have a legitimate reason to call the numbers you provide
  • You may not use ProxiCall for harassment, fraud, spam, or illegal activity
  • You may not use ProxiCall to make calls that violate any applicable laws
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information stored in your Knowledge Vault

AI disclosure

ProxiCall's AI will identify itself as an AI assistant when asked. We believe in transparency. The AI introduces itself as calling on your behalf and does not impersonate a human. Call recipients may ask who is calling and the AI will respond honestly.

Call limitations

ProxiCall is designed for informational calls: scheduling, inquiries, confirmations, and similar tasks. The AI will not make financial commitments, authorize payments, agree to contracts, or make medical decisions on your behalf unless explicitly instructed in your task description. Call results and summaries are provided as-is and should be verified for critical matters.

Subscriptions and billing

ProxiCall offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused calls do not roll over between months.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Calls may fail due to network issues, busy lines, or voicemail. Failed calls do not count against your monthly limit. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

ProxiCall is provided "as is." We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated summaries, actions taken based on call results, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service for prohibited purposes. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
